How Much Does Harbor Cost?
Free costs nothing. Harbor Plus is $9.99/month or $99.99/year — two months free, and Family is $14.99/month or $149/year — two months free, plus applicable sales tax. Your card details go directly to Stripe.
Choose Free, Harbor Plus, or Family. Harbor Plus includes bank sync, reports, and category-by-category CSV export. Other ideas are identified as uncommitted. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; cancel online from Settings → Plan, with paid features continuing through the paid period.
Does Harbor Give Financial Advice?
Harbor is a planning and organization tool. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Does Harbor Verify My Totals?
Harbor shows the numbers you enter, organized. It doesn't verify them against your bank, and totals are only as complete as what you've entered.
Does Harbor Connect To My Bank Or Use AI?
Yes. On paid plans, you can choose read-only bank sync through Plaid.
Bank syncing is optional, and manual entry stays fully supported. You can disconnect from Settings. Harbor cannot move money or make payments at your bank. The Privacy page explains how it works.
Forecasting, payoff planning, financial literacy courses and optional AI guidance are ideas we are considering, not committed features.
How Are Refunds Handled?
To record a refund or credit, enter a positive amount and choose the category it should reduce. Harbor reduces that category's spending and does not count the transaction as ordinary income. For ordinary income, enter a positive amount and leave the category blank.
How Do I Delete My Account?
Sign in, open Settings and choose Delete my account. Complete a fresh authenticator check and confirm your request. Your request becomes eligible for deletion seven days after submission, and Harbor completes deletion manually. You can continue using Harbor and cancel in Settings while the request is waiting to be processed. If you cannot sign in, email Harbor to begin manual identity verification.

Is Harbor free?
Yes. Free costs nothing. The free plan includes manual accounts and transactions; bills, subscriptions, debts, goals, and buckets; and money owed between you and other people. Harbor Plus is $9.99/month or $99.99/year — two months free, and Family is $14.99/month or $149/year — two months free, plus applicable sales tax.
Do I have to connect my bank to use Harbor?
No. Connecting a bank is optional, never a requirement. You can enter your numbers by hand on any plan. Read-only bank sync through Plaid is available on paid plans, and manual entry stays fully supported.
What does Harbor Plus include?

Can Harbor move my money?
No. Harbor cannot move money or make payments at your bank. Bank sync, where you choose it, is read-only.
Does Harbor store my bank login?
No. Harbor never receives or stores your bank username or password.
Does Harbor sell my data?
No. Harbor does not sell your financial data or use it for advertising profiles. Your financial data is never used to train AI models.

Can I export my data?
On paid plans, you can download the records you have entered as category-by-category CSV files.
Who is Harbor for?
