Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version: 30 days to change your mind about your first paid plan, cancel anytime and keep what you paid for, and your data is never held hostage.

This policy covers paid subscriptions to Harbor, sold by Kenetic, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. The Free plan costs nothing and isn't covered here — there's nothing to refund.

Our 30-day guarantee

If Harbor's paid features aren't right for you, tell us within 30 days of the first time you activate a paid plan and we'll refund what you've paid — in full, to your original payment method.

The guarantee covers your first paid subscription on your account, monthly or annual, and every payment made in those first 30 days. It applies once per account: take a refund and subscribe again later and you're welcome back, but the second subscription isn't covered by a second guarantee.

To request one, email support@harborfinancialapp.com from your account's address. No forms, no questions required — though if you tell us what didn't work, we'll listen. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of your request; your bank may take a few more days to post it.

When a refund is issued, your paid subscription ends immediately and your account moves to the Free plan. Your account and your data are not deleted. Everything you entered stays yours, and everything Free includes keeps working.

After 30 days

Kentucky's automatic-renewal law may entitle you to a prorated refund for a first violation, regardless of this policy.

Later payments are non-refundable, except where the law of your state gives you a right we're required to honor, or where this policy says otherwise. If a charge was our mistake — a duplicate, a charge after you canceled, a wrong amount — that's not a refund request, it's our error, and we'll make it right promptly.

Canceling your subscription

Cancel any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep your paid features through the time you've already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. We don't charge you again after you cancel. Canceling never deletes your account or your data, and you can re-subscribe whenever you like.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — until you cancel. Before an annual plan renews, we email you a reminder in advance, so a yearly charge is never a surprise. Cancel before the renewal date and the renewal doesn't happen.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, we'll keep trying for about a week and email you so you can update your payment method. If payment doesn't succeed in that window, your paid subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan — account and data unaffected. Paying an old failed invoice after your subscription has ended doesn't restart it; re-subscribing is the way back.
